Unemployment rate in Cameroon is relatively above 3.80 %. With more young people still below the stage of getting job to provide for their day to day expenses.
With OJob we envisage to reduce the proportion of active and working age group who still move idle in the quarters doing nothing.
Ojob solves the problem of connecting job information to a man in need of assistance and cash at any point in time. We identify the need at one moment to structure and develop a host of varied considered ODD and LOCAL jobs to facilitate the population get who to work and where to work on a non-contract term but for immediate payment.
A client can post an Ojob to the system through Mobile or Web Applications. Ojobbers( job seekers) apply and bid for the Ojob. After reviewing applications, client award the job to an Ojobber and enters into conversation.Awarded Ojobber get the job done and receive payment directly from the client. Both client and Ojobber can write reviews about the Ojob that was done. This feedback enable users to know the specification and credibility of both the Ojobber’s and client’s past experience.
